q: How Do I Order Internationally?

There’s no corner of the globe we don’t ship to. Once you’ve placed your order with us, one of our friendly staff will invoice you with your postage quote created through Australia Post. Once this has been confirmed, we will ship your order within 1-3 business days and provide you with your tracking number.

If any of the items you’ve ordered with us are no longer in stock or the shipping is too high, we will issue you a full refund within 1-3 business days.

 
q: Shipping Options And Timeframes For Borderfree Orders:

If your next collectable or gift needs to be sent to you, as quickly as possible, please drop us a message explaining your preferred shipping method, in check out. Depending on where you’re located, we’ll calculate your postage costs and let you know, as soon as possible. Once we’ve received your payment, we will ship your order to you within 1-3 business days.

Alternatively, if you are based in Melbourne, we can organize collection in store

q: How Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

At That’s Hot Gifts and Collectables, we are all collectors and understand how important is for the next addition to your collection, or a gift to a loved one, to be sealed and mint in box. If your online order has been damaged in transit, please contact us with an order number and images of the damage within 30 days of your purchase to [email protected], or call us on 03 9317 4535 AUSTRALIAN TIME. One of our friendly staff will be able to help you with a replacement or store credit.

If your item isn’t as advertised or has a manufacturing error, we will issue you either a replacement or a store credit or a refund. For our staff to assist you, please provide us with a proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. By law of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, we are not required to provide you a refund or replacement if you change your mind when making a purchase through our store.

 
q: Billing And Payment Options

After submitting your order, we will provide with an order confirmation email. If you are based overseas, we will need to calculate your postage costs and send you your invoice.
